BP

Project Outline

During my tenure at BP, I was entrusted with a three-month project that involved leading the UX/UI process for multiple teams, as they embarked on developing their new Unified Data Experience (UDX) and Data Delivery Portal (DDP).

The aim of the project was to create a comprehensive data portal that provided internal users with a one-stop-shop for requesting, ingesting, and consuming data, whether historical or predictive in nature.

Outcome

Throughout the course of the project, I successfully delivered multiple deliverables that were integral to the development of the Unified Data Experience (UDX) and Data Delivery Portal (DDP). In regards to the UDX, my team and I focused on delivering UX work, which involved conducting extensive research, engaging in user interviews, synthesizing data, and developing a bold search concept modelled after the user-friendly design of Google.

With regard to the DDP, I was entrusted with the task of redesigning the portal from scratch. I worked tirelessly to map out the entire user and process flow for data ingestion, with the aim of optimizing the overall user experience.
